MCA’s Commitment to Cleanliness and Efficiency: Highlights from Special Campaign 3.0 and Enthusiasm for Special Campaign 4.0

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has demonstrated its unwavering dedication to improving governance efficiency and cleanliness across its departments through the successful completion of Special Campaign 3.0. Conducted from November 2023 to August 2024, campaign was implemented in the Ministry as well as its attached, subordinate, and autonomous bodies.

Key Achievements During Special Campaign 3.0

One of the remarkable outcomes of the campaign has been the significant reduction in the backlog of public grievances. During this period, the MCA addressed over 15,500 pending public grievances, ensuring that citizens’ concerns were resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, all outstanding references from Members of Parliament (MPs), the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), as well as Parliamentary Assurances and Inter-Ministry Consultations, were successfully resolved. This marks a significant improvement in administrative efficiency and responsiveness to public and governmental queries.

Adoption of Good Practices Under Swachhata Campaign

In line with the Swachhata (cleanliness) Campaign, the MCA introduced a special cleanliness drive across its Regional Offices and affiliated organizations. This focused effort reinforced the Ministry’s commitment to a clean and healthy working environment. These initiatives not only improved physical cleanliness but also instilled a culture of discipline and organization within MCA’s offices.

The MCA’s involvement in such cleanliness campaigns aligns with the broader national mission of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, supporting a cleaner India.
