Please find a step-by-step guide on how to check the filing date of the latest AOC-4 form on MCA.gov.in website:

1. Open your web browser and go to the MCA.gov.in website.
2. On the homepage, click on the “MCA Services” tab in the main menu.
3. Click on “Document Related Service“
4. Click on “View Public Documents”
5. Enter the Company or LLP Details for which you are trying to check the filing date of latest Form AOC-4 Form
6. Click on the CIN from the search results

1. On the next page, Select Document Category as “Annual Return Balance Sheet eForm“
2. Select the latest Year of Filing
3. Click on Submit
4. The search result will display the filing date of the latest Form AOC-4
