• Description of the Property: Mahakali Soapstone Factory, located in Village-Bana, Tripuradevi, Tehsil-Berinag, District-Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. The property includes land measuring 69.9 Nali (13,962 sq.mt.), along with building, plant, and machinery.
• Reserve Price: ₹2,96,49,363/-
• EMD (10%): ₹29,64,936/-

Important Information

Inspection of Assets/Properties:

• Dates: 13th July 2024 and 14th July 2024
• Time: 11:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.
• Location: Factory premises
• Advisory: All interested buyers are requested to adhere to the advisory issued by the District Administration regarding COVID-19 protocols for the safety and wellbeing of all participants.

E-Auction Details:

2. Time: 11:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.
3. Platform: The e-auction will be conducted through the website of Railtel Corporation Limited. The auction will feature an auto time extension of 10 minutes each time a bid is made in the last 10 minutes before the close of the auction.
