Advertisement of Notice of Creditors Known to be claim

In compliance with the order dated 08.07.2024 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat in Official Liquidator’s Report No. 30 of 2024, NOTICE is hereby given to the Creditors of the above-named Company that they are required to submit to the Official Liquidator of the Court, proofs of their respective debts or claims against the above-named company.

Creditors must deliver the proofs of their debts or claims to the office of the Official Liquidator on or before 16.08.2024. Alternatively, they may send these proofs by post to the Official Liquidator, ensuring that they are received no later than the specified date.

Submission Requirements:

1. An affidavit proving the debt or claim.
2. Use the prescribed form for the affidavit.
3. Include the following details in the affidavit:
   • Name and address of the creditor.
   • Particulars of the debt or claim.
   • Any title to priority under Section 530.

Important Notice:

• Any Creditor who fails to submit the affidavit of proof within the specified time limit will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution of dividend until their debt is proved. They will also be excluded from objecting to such distribution.

Further Investigation:

• If required by notice in writing from the Official Liquidator, any Creditor who has submitted their proof must attend the investigation of their debt or claim either in person or by their advocate.
• The notice will specify the time and place for the investigation.
• Creditors must produce any further evidence of their debt or claim as required.
