Last Date of Filing DIR 3 KYC without fee expired on 15th Sep 2018

Ministry Of Corporate Affairs notified that there is no further extension in the last date of filing of DIR 3 KYC. Accordingly, every director who did not file DIR 3 KYC within the due date of 15 Sep 2018, their DINs will be deactivated with reason ‘Non-filing of DIR 3 KYC’. All filing after the due date will attract a Fee of Rs 5,000.

The last date of filing DIR 3 KYC without government fees has expired on 15th Sep 2018. After this date, directors who did not comply with the mandate, their DINs will be deactivated by MCA with reason stating ‘Non-filing of DIR 3 KYC’. A government fee of Rs. 5,000 as a penalty will be charged by MCA for non-compliant directors who did not file by 15th Sep 2018. The process of deactivating DINs by MCA is in progress and it will likely be over by 17th Sep 2018. During these two days, directors cannot file DIR 3 KYC to MCA.
