Gujarat High Court Orders Corporate Asset Auction: Sealed Bids Invited for Liquidation Property

The sale of corporate assets in accordance with a recent court ruling. In official liquidator case number 59 of 2022, the honorable High Court of Gujarat directed the liquidation proceedings on July 26, 2024. Sealed bids are now invited for the property and possessions of the dissolved company.

Details of the auction are provided below. Interested parties must submit sealed offers before the stated deadline in order to be considered.

Lot one consists of a tract of land measuring approximately 16,689 square meters situated at plot number 14, survey numbers 42/1 and 57, file plan number 43 in Bardolpura-Dariapur area outside the Dariapur Gate of Mouje Dariapur-Kazipur, Ahmedabad District. Existing on the property is a residential complex totaling 4,881.55 square meters along with surrounding compound walls and entry gates, with the exception of documentation. The minimum acceptable price for lot one is 28.8675 crore rupees. A bid security of 2.886750 crore rupees must accompany any offer.

Lot two pertains to plot number 14, survey numbers 56/A and 56/B.
